Equal Access and Frontline Staff Final Report and Briefing Paper June 2006

This summarises the research into the perspectives of front line staff in relation to Glasgow citizens of working age but currently not in employment - the focus of the City's Equal Access work. This study was conducted by FMR Research Ltd during early 2006.

The aim of this research was to conduct a baseline study to establish current practice and attitudes among partner organisations front line staff in order to learn about how Glasgow's out of work people may be better supported.

The research for this project involved a survey of nearly 1,200 front line staff from Glasgow's health, housing, social care, employment, training and education organisations.
