RE:Focus Evaluation

About the Study

This study was carried out by Andrea Glass, Alison Quashie and Alan McGregor of the Training and Employment Research Unit at the University of Glasgow.

The research comprised:

• In-depth interviews with individual project managers at the start, mid-term and end of the programme;
• Interviews with frontline staff mid term and at the end of the programme;
• Focus groups and interviews with clients;
• An analysis of the monitoring data collected by the central RE:Focus team;
• A review of policy documentation and interviews with key players.
