About Us

Introduction

Equal Access is a partnership between the city's main service providers. Our vision is based on the principles that people with health and social care needs should:

  • Be given meaningful choice and opportunity to get and sustain a job
  • Have services that are person centered and include employment as a major element of social inclusion
  • Have effective welfare rights and financial management to prevent debt
  • Have access to mainstream training and employment services as well as specialist support

Working Together for Glasgow Equal Access 2007

Glasgow is a vibrant city with ambitious plans for the future. To continue the city's success, we need the skills and enthusiasm of our people. We need to make sure that Glasgow's people who want to work get every opportunity to do so. This is about helping people in Glasgow - all people - find work to suit them
