The Employability Pathway

The first steps are often the most difficult for individuals. To add some clarity to the process, partners have devised an employability pathway with different support systems in place at every stage. This helps individuals who are at the very earliest stages of considering work through to those who have moved into work and are learning the disciplines of holding a job down and continuing to build their employability.
